Dave: Organizations are places where people can reach their goals. We're in an economic and life style path, but we want to make a difference. I'm going to think a lot about the idea that leadership is a set of fixed principles. And i even worry that leadership itself may be less necessary. Think about all those people who gig work for ober. They don't have leaders. So i think you brought me back to some foundational principles that theyre just miht hold.
