The Core of AI Bias

Advertising back in the day was pure illustrations there were no imagery it's interesting that slow shift. When does this art become problematic and then who do you blame? I think Amazon built a machine learning engine for looking at hiring that basically didn't hire any women because they didn't hire many women so it never recommended them. There's stuff in the data that you should know is there and you want it to ignore  that might even be correct but you still want to ignore it.
