Hindoo Nationalism

The hindu right has this really interesting andcontradictory relationship to the cats a cast system. At its core, hindutla is a cast supremises ideology. It is very much rooted in a very brahmin cen idea of what hindu means. People who support hindo nationalism are often extremely castist in ther both in their views and in their actions. But they'll pay at the same time, the movement will pay lip service to this idea that caste is a thing of the past or that we're moving past it.
