As promised, this solocast focuses on power animals and the medicine they offer to empower, support and heal. Reconnecting with the deeper part of myself that craves communion with nature has rekindled my passion for studying animals, plants and the indigenous cultures that live in harmony with Mother Earth. I believe, as those cultures do, that animals bridge the spiritual and physical realms and have much to teach us.
