The Separation of Powers on the Supreme Court

John Roberts is the head of the Judiciary Branch. He has no responsibility over his court, but there's more that Congress can do than absolutely nothing. Democrats like Dick Durbin, the Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman wants a code of conduct for the Supreme Court. Republicans are saying, look, that's a whole separate branch of government. We don't have jurisdiction here. And so Republicans and Democrats are talking past each other. It's more evidence of the dysfunction on Capitol Hill. But I think they'll own us right now, San John Roberts.
