Building, building tooling is really, really hard. And it's because you're expecting somebody to change an experience that they do every single day. It takes a lot of polish to replace tools. If someone truly doesn't have a tool, like, if they need to dig a hole and you give them a shovel, like, that's great. But finding opportunities like that is pretty rare.
