Do You Think the Secret Service Was More Malicious Than the FBI?

The Secret Service, to be blunt, has just never been good at the back office stuff. They can do things like orchestrate the security for the 2015 UN General Assembly that had 150 world leaders like the Pope and execute that flawlessly. But not pay adequate attention to a request that they save text on their personal devices. So that it's unfortunate, I had to deal with a lot of unforced errors by the Secret Service when I was Secretary of DHS.
