Puton's Inauguration Sets the Tone

The new president of russia is a complete political novice. He holds his inauguration in a palace built for tsar nicholas, the first in the kremlin. After this he rolls into chechnia with the full force of the russian military and wages an all out war. It's not just the rich trappings of power, the palaces and such, but he also goes out of his way to appear physically strong. We truly are just slightly smarter cave men.
