Is There a Criminal Prosecution of a Former President of the United States?
i do not believe a former president should be prosecuted under a sort of a novel legal theory. But if you've got an a to b to see prosecution, this man is not above the law. I but i'm very leary of a prosecution that's a reach. The fact that we weren't anticipating violence on january sixth, i think, is just kind of an anomaly. There is a hot contempt that is was pep to boil over in 20 20. Even as prosecution itself makes me uncomfortable, there are things about it from a civil liberty standpoint that make me very uncomfortable.
