The Importance of Reflecting on Yourself

i think it's really easy to dismiss things that shatter your worldview i mean it's no different than you know back in the day when i'm trying to tell people that like jeffrey Epstein who's linked to all the most powerful politics in the world. People look at you like you're absolutely insane and i just think people really struggle with being nobody wants to be wrong right? I would say very kindly and respectfully perhaps one needs to reflect on themselves and say what is triggering me or making me angry at this particular moment to where i feel invigorated to then act this way or project something in this regard because the more one in my opinion works on themselves the more one is
