i would encourage everybody, something that i've been doing now for almost ten years, to think about actually taking retreats every year. It was the first year and a long time that i haven't taken one. I typically take a minimum of three days of silence. And it's so powerful that you start having crazy dreams. The science backs this up,. like at least when we've detoxed from the noise, like our minds just start doing they didn't before.
