The Pomodoro Technique
This week, there are 3 things that I need to get done. And only those 3 things and nothing else matters. The Pomodoro method is you set a timer for 25 minutes and you stay focused for the 25 minutes. At the end of each day, I review the day I just had. Then I have a daily big 3. If I just did these 3 things today, I would be happy. Forget the to-do list, what 3 things I need to do today to just be happy.
