Two thousand afghan refugees per month were slated to arrive at the washnton dollas international airport during a window beginning as early as february ten. The refugees would be transported by bus to the national conference center in loudn county, where they would stay until their ultimate relocation elsewhere in the united states. They estimated that no more than one thousand refugees per month would remain at the center at any given time until september 20 22.
