Carlin: A family that didn't acknowledge feelings, talk about feelings is going to have a certain effect on the person. She says it's not going to affect everybody the same way but how easy it would be for a person then to develop this idea that you're not supposed to talk about bad things. Carlin: Is there a way that you can take people and show them the positive one? Does that, does that work? I've written a bunch of kids books.
