"If god lacks sympathy and compassion, then god is a psychopath. As such, god would be less than perfect," he says. "I forgot about the difference between actual classical theism and internat classical theism." He adds that contemporary christian thinkers are very used to cherry picking parts of the classical tradition that they like.
