Real estate is overpriced and it's going to come down. People just can't afford to pay the same price they're paying, so there's no inventory rollover because people aren't moving. You have to look out five 10 20 years and try to think about where are we going to be in that time period. Don't do it just because I have to move and I have to find a house to move to. And then make sure you include renting verse buying because it is an option.
