The curve team really good at playing around the game theory to put it into its tokenomics. CRV is empowered to boost liquidity of a pool by having the capacity to direct emission of CRV to the pool and affect the API of the liquidity pools so that LPs and KB incentivize according to how much CRV is being emitted to those pools.
