Who Won the Movie?

Russell Crow, played by Jack Thompson, is an aging billionaire. He and his best friend invented the first online poker system which made them very rich. They somehow turned that into a computerized surveillance system of all phones, texts and online data,. So they're now essentially villains at this point. Jake sees life as being about risk and betting and knowing when to walk away. It's really asking a lot for us to watch a movie about a very rich man worrying about mortality in his relationships without seeming to admit that he has done something very bad.
