The Impact of the Google AMP Attack on Healthcare Services
Many primary care services at facilities run by prospect medical holdings remain closed on Friday. As a result of the attack, elective surgeries, outpatient appointments, blood drives, and other services were suspended. Data from anti-phishing protection company, Cofence, shows that the volume of phishing attacks employing AMP spiked significantly toward mid-July.
