The Key Factors for City Growth

Cities don't grow unless you build the real estate that is needed to house those people. And if you're going to have a regulatory regime that makes it incredibly difficult to build, then you're just not going to grow. That is a huge difference between a place like Boston and a place like Houston, Texas. I am somewhat attracted by doing more that is around traditional school, wrapped around vocational skills that don't displace existing teachers.
