Microsoft's Irresponsible Release of Chat GPT
I think a top one would be imposing steps that companies have to take before the release of one of these new models. I wouldn't have released these most recent models, GPT 3.5 and GPT4 as quickly as they did. Microsoft is complex. When people were starting OpenAI, its goals were very open and beneficial to society. And now many people think of it as an arm of Microsoft.
