Dava is not what I would call a small company at all. But are you known as a small or a medium-sized consultancies in around 5000 employees? A lot of people compete with their lots more than us. We're going to be careful, the culture kind of scales with the company. Having shared delivery frameworks like team and having shared understandings about how, for example, architects go about doing their work in a continuous way,. they're quite an important part of that.
