Is There a 1995 Plus Hypothesis?
There seems to be an inflection about 1995, give or take. It's a floor effect essentially because the disruption index they use goes from zero to one. The social sciences and I think engineering are all hit at the same point. Some of them stop going down at an increasing rate. And it seems like there's an inflection point in all the sources of the data.
