Are You Changing Your Mindset?

I think that's really tough for a lot of people when they they we do something and I'm going to use running specific examples because this is a running for the podcast. And some of it from what I see is kind of there's no like clear answer on this but whether people grew up doing sports or not I think has a little bit of impact. It's easier to kind of know as you're an adult athlete like oh hey even if I don't feel this way now it can be changed.
