Is There a Culture of Political Participation?

We are living what i kind of have come to be calling we are living naked. The challenge with that belief that maybe it was better that people didn't know is who decides? I think liberal democracy has ot a pretty solid way of guaranteeing a certain degree of predictability in our lives. We've decided we want everything to be within the realm of politics, without any culture of how do we do participation? And so we kind of have politicized everything, but through the medium of twitter or whatever.
