Is Automation the Right Tool to Fight Bias?
Bias is a product of our survival mechanism. So we're not going to get rid of it. Bias is just inherently human and we are human. We can really have technology make us better humans because it can do things we can't do. I would encourage businesses that are mid-market and small businesses to embrace technology in a way that they haven't done so. They think that automation is expensive. And it's actually the opposite. It's not expensive at all.
