There's a lot of desire out there to get started, but the knowledge gap for cyber positions is great. We have to focus more on the essay part of the KSA as I had mentioned earlier. It takes us what? Eight years to build an aircraft carrier now, one every eight years. And yet in the war, we were cranking them out one every six months. The work needs to be re-scoped instead of to one super talent. You throw three beginners in the mix. This is gonna get you unique ideas, diversity of thought, and a challenging atmosphere.
