Mindfulness Is a Very Powerful Mental Skill to Develop

Traders can develop a mental skill called mindfulness. It involves sitting quietly with no distractions and allowing your mind to rest on an object of focus. The classic way to do this is to focus on the sensations of your breath coming in, what it feels like and going out. We psychologists believe that we overuse the mind - so when we're in a trade, for example, you start to see it tick back against us.
