What's a Good Teacher to Do the Assessment?

The idea was that there would be grades that allowed children to show what they could do. But in the current situation, it's predestined that some are going to fail. And we accept that the system since 1870 when schools began was to try and find the children that we needed for our economic future. So exams can be a motivator, but children have got to think that they can they can do well in them... That's where you get the forgotten third.
