I find when we've a burn class, and one of the. ethos I have on it, you know, nothing really balanced orientated. It's not meant to be a complicated class. And what I do find is some people still make it complicated, putting exercises, which probably should be in a challenge class. We use this distinction of hard, because I agree with you, hard is a very blunt word. It's easy to mean different things by it. So something can be very hard in control, but very easy on strength, right? The range of motion and the control should be like 90% to 100%.
