There's been a US military base in Kosovo since 2000. Vüchich doesn't come onto the scene until, you know, just 10 years ago. So it's not like he invited the war or, right? I mean, he was 20 and 30 at the time. But where people get confused as they think that Vuechich is responsible for the de facto situation when this is because there's been aUS military base in Kosova since 2000.
