Help Maintain Fast API

The fast API read me page is an interesting thing that I don't think I've seen in very many other open source projects. There's a lot of documentation changes, but there's also a help maintain section for the project. The sponsor list is really interesting and directs you to some direct sponsors of the project. Michael talks about how he refactored his little project by test check into something more professional.
