People who repress their anger also suppress the activity of their natural killer cells, which means them more prone to illness. We have a system in our brain that's specifily for rage. And healthy rage is simply a boundary defense. But unhealthy rage has nogt to do with the pesent or self protection. It has to do with recruiting negative memories from the past and project them into the present and the future sor there's no end to it. Sai visin healthy and aw of the anger.
