Is Ireland Moving Along With the Times?

The biggest change i've seen is in irish baskball, where a lot of coaches are focused on teaching through small sided games. So it's good to see that ireland is moving along with the times and adopting these best practiced methods. In terms of other countries in europe, a base in austria, at the moment, i'm still not seeing that. Maybe some other countries are already better than ireland, and so they don't feel like they need to change. Or it could be the leadership in those federations are happy where they are,. whereas our leadership lately, maybe have more open minded and are looking to learn from others.
