i live in a very jewish area and it's a great pleasure to see the streets full of children actually which is not something you see in many parts of London no you really don't. People get less used to seeing children around i think they find them more annoying than smoking when I was a kid. As fertility breaks full people's tolerance for children falls so there are signs everywhere saying things like children not welcoming this restaurant or whatever. You end up with a kind of vicious cycle of anti-natalism as people get less used to seeing children around, says David Walliams.
