"I make a bad guru. I demonstrate some of the methods for people in person but I always do them poorly," she says. "My art as a facilitator is to learn to speak to the bodies, find ways of languaging my perception of what I see going out on the floor" She adds that her words are very minimal and chosen, just like little prompts here and there. 'What I'm looking for I'm not looking to change anything,' she says; she's dropping down into second attention.
