The Importance of Interrupting People

The first call that you make is the hardest one, and then the second call is easier by the 11th call. Once you get started once you get started just gets easier and easier to start with. I've yet to have anybody ever drive over to my office and punch me in the nose for interrupting them while they were doing something else. But there's nothing bad that's ever happened to a salesperson because they made a phone call.
