The Power of Storytelling in the Clinic

How do you go about tailoring the information or using different multimedia approaches to try to reach people in a way that resonates for them yeah my approach is to use as many ways as possible to communicate my key messages to my patients so I use photographs or stories or metaphors or stories from patients themselves and I would also spend a lot of time checking whether they understood things correctly or not. There's to be as simple and as clear as possible and trying to limit the messages to minimum but the ones that are poor to patients knowledge deficit is integral.
