How to Assess Your Strategic Asset Allocation
Barclays' strategic asset allocation is one of the most important decisions you make when investing for the long term. The core of our philosophy is to spec your risk and try to combine different assets. During the pandemic, we saw a lot of asset prices decline double digits; that's where we added to client portfolios. We anticipated inflation risk would be slightly higher, so we adapted portfolios slightly.
