I've Run Through Eating Disorders and I'm Not a Specialist Clinical Psychology in Eating Problems

Don't think I necessarily run through injury but it's more likely I will run through illness always. When I work with someone that we figure out there might be some exercise addiction there um often a few sessions in you'll realize there's underlying food issues. A diary is very helpful as a runner to be able to see those things going on and that's similar to the life lining we do in eating disorder work where you're able to look at kind of where your weight has been  where you're eating behaviors have been significant things that happened.
