Getting Value Drivers in a Deal Early in the Deal Process
This should be talked about early in the deal process. In talking about it early, both sides essentially get a liner. This sounds a little bit more of within the company and the people, sort of as an organization, what they value. Sometimes part of it's written down, some of it is conby the feel. It might be how they approach recruits. Might be how they deliver their service or product. And sometimes it's very tangible,sometimes it's intangible.
