The small developer group would be the best resource of a regular folk that not not some big firm or anything like that but just regular folk trying to do something for for their town. Bernice Rattle is one of the people in that group she's really influential and she um I think she on Twitter she goes by Buffalo and you know everything she does is there. The 21st century new urbanism isn't really about coming in as a developer and make designing the whole thing but instead starting small, he says.
