The west of the country is rightly seen being much less at risk of air strikes or missile attack, if there isn't all that war. It looks like it's being used by the russians to s as a pretext to say, look, look at the terrible humanitarian crisis in eastern ukraine. But i'm sure that the sanctions or accourenny being announced won't have much pact either.
