If you're building in Asia, you're serving consumers and businesses at a lower price point but you’re also paying at a lower price point. If you're running a company in the west and serving the east is a failing proposition, but if you’re running and serving in the east, then you've brought both down." - Bhavik Vashi

I always worry about a company that's running a sales-driven motion with a low ASP because something seems missing.
