What a Great Podcast, Zade!

Zade: This is a history that even when I was in grad school, more than 20 years ago, was treated as a failure in social movement history by mainstream historians. So we're talking about the moment after George Floyd is murdered. Yeah. And there are these protests across the country. Yep. Zade: It has me thinking about this moment in the summer of 2020, when white activists in Portland were taking siege of a federal building and Donald Trump was sending undercover people in black vans to snatch people off the street.Yeah. The Lafayette Square moment when part of the park outside of the White House was on fire. That's what happened.
