Issuing Shares for Equity?

Sean O'Leary: Anytime we start talking about issuing shares for equity, we have to make sure that we're not running afoul of our securities regulations in Ontario. As soon as you start selling shares, you might have to report that to the Ontario Securities Commission. There is a process to follow and there is a little bit of cost to it. And it might be can be avoided by doing a joint venture agreement on the side where you would buy the company in your company or start you'd buy the property in your company. That's almost always my recommendation because I really don't like messing with theOntario Securities Commission.
