What Would It Cost to Hire a Historic Tax Credit Consultant?

There's no regular inspection along the way for the tax credits. Before you get occupancy, you can sell the building and transfer the credit. Once you have occupancy, lie tats a very hard deadline,. including your ownership structure. Who's going to buy all that stuff? You can't really change anything once you get occupancy. And our six panel doors, we plotoes of that - we've heard of them happening in cincinnati. So we just do not know if they're being used or not. We haven't gone out to market much...
