"It's hard, I think, to be really vulnerable. And we're often not aware of the hurt or fear that's underneath of our anger," she says. "I'm like putting stuff next to the recycling bin because it wouldn't fit in anymore and thinking, okay, any day now, buddy." She adds: "That's a simple example of feeling uncared for ... It makes me feel like you don't care about me".
