Is There a Single Ideal Microbium?

There is no single ideal microbium. Therear many different healthy microbiums. And these arose in our ancestors depending on their geography and their diet or a whole host of factors that were honed over thousands of years. Trying to head toward that is much more constructive than me trying to completely overhaul something to a group of microbes my ancestors never saw.
