The Universal Needs of Leaders

I think mitigating bias is an absolute universal. And I think that at NLI we finally cracked the code a bit on that more than anyone has. We're now starting to partner with companies to build entire leadership suites based on how the brain functions. Everything's drawing from the science at all levels of leader and we're excited to be finally at that point. You really can put a biological framework underneath everything now as we go.
